Mulch and Pinestraw

Fresh mulch and pinestraw will be installed throughout the Villages and common areas of the neighborhood this week.

This is a great time to get your yard in shape too!  A little goes a long way to make our community looking good.  Consider adding a few flowers to a garden bed, rake up winter leaves, maybe a fresh coat of paint on a porch, mailbox post, or fence.

White Dogwood Renovation Project

During the week of November 27 the wax myrtle hedge along White Dogwood, from Purple Glory to Xanthacarpa will be removed.  The area is part of a revitalization project that has been in the works for a number of years.

The hedge will be replaced with a natural berm and replanted with a combination of Ruby Loropetalum and  Cassian Grass.  The entire area will be mulched.

Please be mindful of the workers and equipment along the stretch during the week and give them the space they need to work efficiently.
