Parking

Parking is something that the management company continues to get many complaints about, however our HOA covenants do not prohibit street parking, so please be considerate to your fellow neighbors when parking on the street.  The Town of Apex has rules regarding parking that we should all be followed.  If you notice illegal or improper activities you may contact the Apex Police (919.362.8661).

Neighborhood break-ins!

A message from Apex PD:

Over the weekend we responded to two residential break-ins and one attempted break-in. We want to remind residents to please report any suspicious activity to our non-emergency number at 919-362-8661. Also keep all vehicle doors and exterior doors to your home locked. Again if you see anything suspicious please call our non-emergency number and report it.

You can search all crimes on this crime map service at http://communitycrimemap.com  The times may vary due to some residents being out of town and not reporting until they got home but still a good visual as to where the activity is.

Let's keep Dogwood Ridge safe!  Be alert, get to know your neighbors and keep an eye on things for each other.

AT&T Fiber coming to Dogwood Ridge

Some folks may have noticed underground utilities workers marking streets in Dogwood Ridge the past couple of days.  Starting Friday February 9th DWR and surrounding communities will be getting AT&T installation.   There is no specific timeline for the the completion of the project.

Residents should be mindful of the crews being in our neighborhood and note that utilities have a 15' easement from the back of the curb to accomplish their installation.   This means you may find equipment parked, ditches dug out, and just an overall messy appearance during the work.
